About Jacob Wright
I've built companies.
I've scaled products.
The hardest thing I ever built
was myself.
Peak performance isn't a fitness goal. It's how you think, how you recover, how you show up — every day. For ambitious men, the body is infrastructure. If you let it degrade, everything else follows.

The story
High performers who don't invest in their health eventually hit a ceiling. Every time.
Jacob Wright grew up building things. He earned a full academic scholarship studying Computer Science and Mathematics at Brigham Young University — not because he was supposed to, but because he wanted to understand how systems work at a fundamental level.
That obsession with systems carried into entrepreneurship. He co-founded Proxy, a venture-backed startup that hit $1M ARR in its first year. Then co-founded Sister, an AI beauty assistant that grew to over one million users. Today he serves as a Venture Partner at Contrary Capital and advises companies on building and implementing AI systems — clinical NLP pipelines, agentic product features, and the infrastructure that makes AI actually work in production.
Based in Provo, Utah, Jacob works at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and results-driven execution. That same framework — clear inputs, measurable outputs, ruthless iteration — is exactly how he approaches men's health.
The pattern he kept seeing: driven men building impressive things while quietly neglecting their physical foundation. Low energy that they blamed on “being busy.” Suboptimal body composition they ignored because the business was growing. Recovery deficits they wrote off as normal. They were winning — but they were leaving performance on the table.
Wright Health is Jacob's answer to that problem.
Why coaching
Not a course. Not a PDF. A real relationship.
The model
Jacob works with a small number of men at a time — by design.
There's no algorithm placing you in a bucket. No support team reading your check-ins. Jacob reviews your data personally, adjusts your programming weekly, and is available between sessions when real life interrupts the plan.
That level of attention is only possible with a limited roster. It's why applications are reviewed — and most are declined.
Built around your life — not a template
Your programming, nutrition, and recovery protocols are built from scratch based on your schedule, goals, and how your body actually responds. Nothing is copy-pasted.
Accountability that actually holds
Weekly check-ins aren't just data collection. They're a commitment mechanism. When someone serious is reviewing your results, you perform differently.
Holistic by default
Training, nutrition, supplementation, sleep, recovery — all calibrated together. Performance is the output of a system, not any single variable.
The mission
Wright Health exists for the men who are already winning — and know they're leaving performance on the table.
If you're driven, disciplined, and done settling for less than your physical best — this was built for you.
